摘要
基于三维离散元法,对再生砖混骨料级配进行优化设计,并通过击实与强度试验对比研究了设计得到的嵌挤密实级配与规范中规定的骨架密实和悬浮密实级配对水泥稳定再生砖混骨料性能的影响。结果表明:不同水泥掺量下,采用嵌挤密实级配再生砖混骨料制备的水稳料,其最大干密度、最佳含水率和7 d无侧限抗压强度介于采用骨架密实和骨架悬浮级配制备的水稳料之间,28 d无侧限抗压强度和7,28 d劈裂强度大于骨架密实和悬浮密实级配再生水稳料。当水泥掺量为3%时,嵌挤密实级配水稳料7 d无侧限抗压强度在4 MPa以上,满足规范二级及以下公路基层强度的要求。
The recycled brick-concrete aggregate gradation is optimized and designed based on a 3D discrete element method,and the effect of the obtained interlock-dense gradation(IDG)on the properties of cement stabilized recycled brick-concrete aggregates is studied through compaction and strength tests,as compared with that prepared by the skeleton-dense and suspension-dense gradations specified in the national standard.The results indicate that the maximum dry density,optimum moisture content and unconfined compressive strength at 7 days of the cement stabilized materials prepared by the IDG under different cement dosages are between those prepared by the skeleton-dense and suspension-dense gradations,the unconfined compressive strength at 28 days and the splitting tensile strengths at both 7 and 28 days are higher than those prepared by the skeleton-dense and suspension-dense gradations.When the cement content is 3%,the unconfined compressive strength at 7 days for the cement-stabilized materials with the IDG is higher than 4 MPa,meeting the strength requirement of the base layer of roadswith a grade equal to or lower thatⅡ.
