摘要
为改善改性沥青桥梁伸缩缝材料的低温性能,使其在寒冷地区中小跨径桥梁上获得成功应用,通过添加热塑性橡胶类改性剂和橡胶类改性剂,对美佳改性沥青结合料进行二次改性,并通过对改性前后结合料和混合料低温性能的试验对比分析,重点研究了伸缩缝用改性沥青结合料和混合料的低温性能,通过实桥伸缩缝验证了研究成果的可行性。结果表明:该研究成果可在-40°C以上地区的中小跨径桥梁伸缩缝中使用。
In order to improve the low temperature performance of modified asphalt and mixture of bridge expansion joints, and put it into use successfully in small and middle span bridges expansion joints in low temperature areas, authors modify the MEIJIA materials by adding thermoplastic elastomer and rubber. Through analysis or on the low temperature performance of modified and unmodified asphalt and mixture of bridge expansion joint, authors emphasize on the study of low temperature performance. The feasibility has been proved by the field bridge expansion joint. The result indicates that the materials can be applied in small and middle span bridges expansion joints in low temperature areas above -40°C.
