摘要
为研究环氧树脂/橡胶混凝土作为桥梁伸缩缝过渡区混凝土修复材料的黏结性能,依据桥梁伸缩缝混凝土的受力特点,采用黏结抗折强度和黏结劈裂强度分别评价修复材料与桥梁面板混凝土和桥面沥青混合料铺装层的黏结性能。结果表明:混凝土界面处理方式对黏结性能影响较大,黏结强度:吹扫除尘<钢刷刷毛<钢刷刷毛配合偶联剂;采用钢刷刷毛配合偶联剂的界面处理方式,黏结抗折强度可达到原混凝土抗折强度的90%以上,黏结劈裂强度可达到4.09 MPa以上;橡胶颗粒的加入使快速修复材料黏结抗折和黏结劈裂强度降低,但其有利于保证黏结界面完整性,使界面不易脱黏。
In order to study the bonding properties of epoxy resin/rubber concrete as the repair material of concrete for bridge expansion joint transition area,in this paper,based on the mechanical characteristics of concrete for bridge expansion joints,the bond flexural strength and the bond splitting strength were used to evaluate the bonding properties of bridge slab concrete and bridge deck asphalt mixture paving layer,respectively.The results showed that,the concrete interface treatment had greater impact on the bonding properties,and the bonding strength was:blowing dust<steel brush bristles<steel brush bristles with coupling agent.With the interface treatment of steel brush bristles with coupling agent,the bond flexural strength could reach more than 90%of the original concrete flexural strength,and the bond splitting strength could reach more than 4.09 MPa.Adding rubber particles could reduce the bond flexural strength and the bond splitting strength of quick repair materials,but it is beneficial to ensure the integrity of the bonding interface and make the interface not easy to debond.
