摘要
利用振动台法,研究了风积沙的振动压实特性,分析了振幅、频率、振动时间、配重、含水量、填料方式等对风积沙振动压实特性的影响和变化规律,并选定主要参数的变化范围,进行了正交试验,以确定这些影响参数对干密度的影响程度和最佳振动参数的组合。在此基础上,利用动态力学分析方法,分析了风积沙的振动压实机理。结果表明,干燥状态和最佳含水量状态下,风积沙的最佳振动频率为45-50Hz,风积沙振动压实时,宜采用高频率(45-50Hz)和小振幅(0.4~1.0mm)。
Through the test of the biggest density by the vibration table in different vibratory-frequency, wing, vibratory-time, compacting-weight, water-content and filling-manner, the rules and the degree that these vibratory parameters influence the vibratory compacting of the eolian sand are studied. Then based on the orthogonal test of the main parameters, this paper analyzes the influencing primary and secondary by the vibratory parameters, and the optimum combination of the parameters is confirmed. Based on the laboratory tests, the vibratory compacting mechanism of eolian sand is analyzed by dynamic mechanics method. The research indicates that the best vibration frequency is 45-50 Hz in dry and the best moisture content state, and it is better to use high frequency (45 -50 Hz) and small amplitude (0.4-1.0 mm) when the eolian sand is compacted. 5 tabs, 7 figs, 10 refs.
