摘要
受人类活动影响,长江中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)的天然资源及其栖息地遭到严重破坏。为恢复其天然资源,目前已开展了大量资源增殖与栖息地修复工作,同时针对栖息地因子适宜范围也有较多研究进展。综述了中华绒螯蟹生活史的繁殖阶段和生长发育阶段对不同栖息地因子(包括温度、盐度、溶氧、pH、水深、水流、光照、透明度等)适宜范围的研究现状,综合分析了各栖息地因子对中华绒螯蟹繁殖和生长发育的影响,并对栖息地因子今后的研究方向进行了探讨和展望,以期为长江中华绒螯蟹栖息地修复、科学增殖放流、人工高效养殖等提供一定参考。
Due to human activities,the natural resources and habitat of E.sinensis in the Yangtze River have been seriously damaged.To restore the natural resources,habitat restoration and resource proliferation work of E.sinensis has been carried out.This study summarized the appropriate ranges of different habitat factors in two phases of E.sinensis.The effect of various habitat factors on the reproduction,growth and development of E.sinensis were comprehensively analyzed,and research direction of habitat suitability was discussed.For E.sinensis at the breeding stage,suitable water temperature for mating is 10-15℃and suitable water temperature for spawning is 8-11℃.There are also some differences in water salinity requirements of E.sinensis during the breeding period,and the suitable range is salinity 5-30.For E.sinensis at the breeding stage,the requirements of water depth and flow velocity are different.The results show that the parent crab and berried crab can adapt high flow velocity and deeper water,but the flow velocity of larvae(zoea and megalopa)in suitable environment is less than 0.7 m·s~(-1),and the larvae prefer shallow water.The berried crab has high requirement for water transparency.For E.sinensis at the growth and development stages,there is a significant difference in the demand for water temperature between juvenile crab and adult crab.Juvenile crab can tolerate high water temperature,and stable high water temperature(28℃and 30℃)can promote its growth and development.However,high water temperature is adverse to the growth of adult crab.The adaptability of E.sinensis at different growth stages to salinity are various.The suitable range of dissolved oxygen for juvenile crab is above 7 mg·L~(-1),while that for adult crab is above 8 mg·L~(-1).Normal light is also necessary for the growth and development of E.sinensis.The extension of light duration can promote the growth rate and feeding rate of E.sinensis,and appropriate light can promote the development of gonad.The present studies show that the
