摘要
文章在分析新精神分析理论对公共图书馆心理咨询服务指导价值的基础上,从研判心理状况、深化心理认同、引导心理互动三方面设计基于阅读疗法的公共图书馆心理咨询服务创新思路,并提出相应的实践路径,即系统辨识用户心理症结,定制心理咨询服务方案;提升用户心理接受程度,培养用户共性心理认同;营造全场景互动生态圈,培养用户长效参与行为。
The article explains the guiding value for public library psychological counseling service of the new psychoanalytic theory.Based on it,the innovative ideas for public library psychological counseling service based on reading therapy are designed from three aspects:assessing psychological conditions,deepening psychological identification,and guiding psychological interaction.Corresponding practical paths are proposed,including,systematically identifying users'psychological symptoms and customizing psychological counseling service plans;enhancing users'psychological acceptance and cultivating their common psychological identity;creating full scene interactive ecosystem and cultivating long-term engagement behavior of users.
