摘要
医院图书馆文献资源专业特色明显,如果面向社会开放,可以有效弥补区域范围内文献资源建设中的短板,满足特定读者群对医学文献的需求。但是医院图书馆也存在思想观念陈旧、软硬件条件相对较差等问题。这些问题可以通过树立服务社会读者意识、提高服务社会读者能力、夯实服务基础等措施予以解决。
The characteristics of literature resource construction in hospital library are obvious.It can effectively make up the shortcomings in the construction of regional literature resources and meet the needs of specific readers for medical literature if it is open to the society.However,there are some problems in hospital library such as outdated ideas,relatively poor software and hardware conditions.These problems can be solved by establishing the awareness of serving social readers,improving the ability of serving social readers and consolidating the service foundation.
