摘要
针对医院图书馆存在的馆舍空间紧张、馆员服务意识不强和信息资源不足等问题,结合信息共享空间的服务理念,提出医院图书馆的创新服务策略:以用户为中心,关注用户信息需求;支持团体协作研究,拓展信息服务内容;联合相关信息部门,优化馆员知识结构;利用信息技术,完善配套设施。
According to problems in hospital libraries such as limited space,weak service consciousness of librarians and insufficient information resources,the paper proposes strategies of innovative services for hospital libraries based on the service concept of information commons,including user- centered,focusing on users' information requirements;supporting group collaborative study,expanding contents of information services;uniting relevant information departments,optimizing the knowledge structure of librarians;utilizing information technology and improving supporting facilities.
