摘要
大数据应用于贫困大学生就业工作可以提供精准化的参考体系,为了科学化的解决贫困大学生就业帮扶问题,新型高科技手段的使用不仅可以更加准确的定位帮扶对象,还可以让整个管理工作更加的高效化、轻量化。目前我国的贫困大学生就业工作正在有序的开展并且取得了不错的成效,但是也必须承认的是在工作过程中仍然存在管理人才缺失、思想观念陈旧等问题,这些问题都严重制约了贫困大学生帮扶体系的发展。所以说,优化管理意识、加快人才培养、创新工作路径是今后贫困大学生就业工作发展过程中的重要课题。
