摘要
构建一套科学全面的技术技能人才评价体系,对高职院校加强内涵建设、推进教学改革、培养新工科人才颇为重要。分析了传统技术技能评价体系中评价目标、评价内容、评价标准、评价主体、评价形式、评价结果等方面存在的问题,在遵循德能并重、客观性、发展性、可操作性的基础上,构建了一套以综合职业能力为导向的“1234”评价体系框架,并以化工类技术技能人才职业能力评价为例,详细分析了评价指标、评价内容和实施成效。在第三方主体的专业性和稳定性、学生学习过程的监控、信息采集和反馈等方面给出了自己的意见。
It is very important for higher vocational colleges to construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of technical talents to strengthen connotation construction,promote teaching reform and train new engineering talents.The existing problems have been analyzed in the evaluation target,evaluation content,evaluation standard,evaluation subject,evaluation form and evaluation result in the evaluation system of technical skills in our country.Based on the principles of morality and ability,objectivity,development and operability,a comprehensive professional competence-oriented"1234"evaluation system framework has been constructed.Taking the vocational ability evaluation of technical talents in chemical industry as an example,the evaluation indexes,evaluation contents and implementation results have been analyzed in detail.Suggestions have been made in maintaining the professionalism and stability of the third party,students lear ning process monitoring,information collection and feedback.
