摘要
循环经济发展对加快国民经济体系协调畅通、经济社会事业可持续快速发展具有举足轻重的作用。以2016年至2021年我国30个省域为研究对象,构建了循环经济发展测度指标体系,运用纵横向拉开档次法确定了指标权重,得出了2016年至2021年循环经济发展测度值,并利用非线性规划法结合TOWA-GA混合算子求出循环经济发展的综合指数值,衡量了省域循环经济发展状况排名的波动数值和方向,最后分析了各省循环经济发展的阻碍因素并提出了相应的对策建议。
Circular economy development plays an important role in accelerating the smooth coordination of the national economic system and the sustainable and rapid development of economic and social undertakings.Taking 30 provinces and regions in China from 2016 to 2021 as the research objects,this paper constructed the measurement index system of circular economy development,determined the index weight by using the vertical and horizontal scatter degree method,obtained the measurement value of circular economy development from 2016 to 2021,and used the nonlinear programming method combined with the TOWAGA hybrid operator to calculate the comprehensive index value of circular economy development.The fluctuation value and direction of provincial circular economy development status ranking were measured,and finally the hindering factors of circular economy development in each province were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
