摘要
目的评估压力性损伤患者应用负压封闭引流联合邻近皮瓣转位修复的有效性。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月期间赣州市人民医院接诊的60例压力性损伤患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,各30例。参照组采用负压封闭引流治疗,研究组采用负压封闭引流联合邻近皮瓣转位修复治疗,将两组压力性损伤患者的治疗总有效率、睡眠质量情况及创面面积予以比较。结果研究组的治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于参照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P=0.001)。治疗前,两组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分、创面面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的PSQI评分、创面面积优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压力性损伤患者应用负压封闭引流联合邻近皮瓣转位修复的效果显著,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者睡眠质量。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the application of negative pressure closed drainage combined with adjacent flap transposition for repair of patients with pressure injuries.Methods 60 patients with stress injury treated in Ganzhou People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage,and the study group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage combined with transposition repair of adjacent flaps.The total effective,sleep quality and wound area of the two groups of patients with pressure injury were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the reference group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P=0.001).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)score,wound area between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score and wound area of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with transposition of adjacent flaps is remarkable,which can improve clinical efficacy and sleep quality of patients with pressure injury.
