摘要
新时代背景下,我国高等教育普及化程度愈来愈高,高校毕业生人数越来越多。在课程思政视域下,加强大学生就业指导,开展就业指导课程思政体系建设,成为现阶段各高等院校亟需解决的热点话题。加强大学生职业发展与就业指导课程思政建设,必须要找到就业指导课程与思政教育之间的联结点,将思想政治教育内容嵌入到就业指导课程教学中,建立健全就业指导课程思政体系,切实提升思政育人实效。基于此,文本主要阐述了课程思政视域下大学生职业发展与就业指导课程体系建设的必要性与可行性,并探索课程体系建设路径,以期为大学生未来职业发展“保驾护航”。
Under the background of the new era,China’s higher education continues to show the characteristics as of being mass education.In this situation,the number of college graduates is increasing.Under the ideological and political perspective,strengthening the employment guidance of college students and conducting the construction of the ideological and political education has become a hot topic which is in urgent need to be solved in various colleges and universities.To strengthen the ideological and political construction of college students’employment guidance curriculum,it is necessary to find the connection between the two,integrate the content of ideological and political education into the employment guidance curriculum,establish a sound ideological and political sports department of employment guidance curriculum,and effectively improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.Based on this,this paper mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility of the curriculum system construction of“College Students’Career Development and Employment Guidance”under the ideological and political perspective,and explores the path of the curriculum system construction,in the hopte to provide a solid guarantee for the future career development of college students.
