摘要
课程思政寓知识传授、能力培养、价值引领三维目标于一体,是落实教育立德树人根本任务的必备内容和应有之义。本研究以边疆高校大学生职业发展与就业指导课程为切入点,结合边疆高校实际提出建议:需要坚持"三个原则",进行顶层设计;实现"三个目标",加强队伍建设;推进"四个主题",提升育人实效。同时,设计课程思政评价指标体系,检测建设效果,提升课程思想质量。
The ideological and political education of the course integrates the three-dimensional goals of knowledge imparting,ability training and value leading,which is the necessary content and due meaning of implementing the fundamental task of moral education.The course of College Students'career development and employment guidance focuses on Cultivating College Students'self exploration and external world exploration,scientific career planning,enhancing professional quality and employment core competitiveness,helping the majority of students establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and professional values,and cultivating a good sense of professional ethics and professional ideals.It is also the current curriculum reform of Ideological and political education It is also an important focus and channel for the development of the industry.To promote the ideological and political construction of College Students'career development and employment guidance course in frontier colleges,we need to adhere to the"three principles"and carry out the top-level design;realize the"three goals*1 and strengthen the team construction;promote the"four themes"and improve the effectiveness of education.At the same time,design the ideological and political evaluation index system of the course,test the construction effect,and improve the ideological quality of the course.
