摘要
本研究建立了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定水体中2-异丙基-3-甲氧基吡嗪、2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪、2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素4种土霉味物质的分析方法,系统研究了固相微萃取涂层、氯化钠加入量、萃取时间、萃取温度和振荡速度对富集效果的影响。
The method for the determination of 2-isopropyl-3-methoxypyrazine,2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine,2-methylisoborneol and geosmin from aqueous samples was developed using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Several parameters that affect the extraction and concentration performance were investigated,including solid phase microextraction coating,ionic strength,extraction time,extraction temperature and stirring rate.
