摘要
有机氯农药(OCPs)种类多,难降解、易残留,易通过食物链威胁人体健康。OCPs在食品、环境介质中的含量极低,测定时干扰物质多,对测量仪器的灵敏度要求也高。本研究采用固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用法(SPME-GC/MS)同时测定了小白菜中22种有机氯农药残留,对固相微萃取操作条件进行了优化。在优化的萃取条件下,22种有机氯农药在0.010~1.000μg·kg^(-1)范围内检测响应值与含量呈良好的线性相关关系,检出限在0.003~0.048μg·kg^(-1)。方法精密度符合GB 23200.8-2016的要求,准确度高。相较于国家标准方法和其他文献方法,测定时基体干扰小,方法简便、快速。
There are many types of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs)that are difficult to degrade,easy to remain,and easily pose a threat to human health through the food chain.The content of OCPs in food and environmental media is extremely low,and there are many interfering substances during measurement,which also requires high sensitivity of measurement instruments.In this paper,22 Organochlorine Pesticide Residues in Pakchoi purchased from canteen were determined by Solid Phase Micro-Extraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(SPME-CC/MS),and optimized the operating conditions of solid phase micro-extraction.Under optimized extraction conditions,the detection response values of 22 organochlorine pesticides showed a good linear correlation with their content within the range of 0.010~1.000μg·kg',with a detection limit of 0.003~0.048μg-kg'.The precision of the method meets the requirements of GB 23200.8-2016 and has high accuracy.Compared to national standard methods and other liter-ature methods,the matrix interference during measurement is small,and the method is simple and fast.
