摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂(ICI)通过调节免疫细胞与癌细胞的相互作用,促进免疫系统去抑制作用,从而靶向多种类型的恶性肿瘤,为肿瘤学领域带来了革命性变化。然而免疫系统的调节也会引发相关的不良反应。ICI相关的眼部不良反应发病率低,如不及时诊治会对患者产生严重影响。但治疗目前尚无相关临床治疗指南,治疗决策很大程度上取决于临床判断和经验。ICI相关的眼部不良反应的发病机制目前尚不完全明确,对其作用机制的进一步研究能够为ICI相关的眼部不良反应的早期诊断和治疗提供新思路。
Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)have revolutionized the field of oncology by regulating the interaction between immune cells and cancer cells and promoting the disinhibition of the immune system,thus targeting various types of malignant tumors.However,the regulation of the immune system can also trigger related adverse reactions.Currently,there are no specific clinical guidelines for the treatment of these adverse reactions.Treatment decisions largely depend on clinical judgment and experience.The pathogenesis of ICIrelated ocular adverse events is not fully understood at present.Further research on the specific mechanisms of action can provide new insights into the early diagnosis and treatment of ICI-related ocular adverse events.
