摘要
脑卒中是我国人口第一大死因,造成了巨大的社会经济负担。视网膜与大脑具有相似的胚胎学起源、解剖和生理特征,视网膜微血管是唯一可在活体上观察到的微循环系统,为研究神经系统疾病提供了一面窗口。近年来越来越多的研究证实,眼底成像可作为一种经济、可靠、无创的卒中影像潜在标志物,指导卒中防治。本文综述目前眼底成像在脑卒中应用的相关研究,探讨其临床意义、眼底成像技术进展,旨在评估眼底成像在脑卒中研究中的应用价值。
Stroke is the leading cause of death in China,which has caused a huge social and economic burden.The retina shares embryological origin,anatomical features and physiological properties with the brain.Retinal microvessels are the only microcirculation system observed in vivo and offer an accessible "window" to study the correlates and consequences of subclinical pathology in stroke.In recent years,A growing body of literature has confirmed that fundus imaging can be used as an economical,reliable and noninvasive potential marker of stroke imaging to guide the prevention and treatment of stroke.In this review,we present an overview of current literature on the application of fundus imaging in the study of stroke.We discuss clinical implications of these studies and novel state-of-art fundus imaging technology,and aim to evaluate the application value of fundus imaging in stroke research.
