本文讨论改进环境影响评价的方法和建议,旨在提高环境评估过程的科学性及全面性。首先,探讨了提高环境数据的实时性和精确性的重要意义,提出借助现代技术和传感器来实现更准确的数据采集。其次,强调公众和非政府组织积极参与的作用,以提高评价的全面性和透明性。再次,强调考虑气候变化和低碳经济的影响,以确保项目和计划与可持续发展目标保持一致。最后,强调加强对生态系统健康的评估工作,以便更好地保护生态系统。
This paper discusses the methods and suggestions for improving the environmental impact assessment to make it more scientific,comprehensive.First,the importance of improving the real-time performance and accuracy of environmental data is emphasized,with the help of modern technology and sensors to achieve more accurate data acquisition.Secondly,the active participation of the public and NGOs was emphasized to improve the comprehensiveness and transparency of the evaluation.Third,consideration of the impact of climate change and low-carbon economies was emphasized to ensure that projects and plans are aligned with the future SDGs.Finally,this paper highlights the enhanced assessment of ecosystem health to better protect ecosystems.
