摘要
ICP-MS是指电感耦合等离子体质谱法,是测定土壤重金属元素消解的重要方法。过去所采用的湿法消解方法,所测得的有机质含量高于实际含量,而ICP-MS有效解决了这一问题,提升了测定土壤重金属元素消解参数的精度。本文通过ICP-MS对比双氧水-氢氟酸-硝酸、盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸、王水-逆王水-硝酸-氢氟酸、双氧水-盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸、烧失量法-硝酸-氢氟酸,共五种不同消解体系测定土壤中的铜、铬、铅、镉、镍、锌元素的萃取效率,以铑元素用作ICP-MS测定内标记元素。
ICP-MS refers to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,which is an important method to determine the digestion of heavy metals in soil.In the past,the measured organic matter content of the wet digestion method was higher than the actual content,but ICP-MS effectively solved this problem and improved the accuracy of the determination of soil heavy metal digestion parameters.In the following,the extraction efficiency of copper,chromium,lead,cadmium,nickel and zinc in soil was determined by five different digestion systems through ICP-MS comparison of hydrogen peroxide-hydrofluoric acid,hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid,aqua regia-reverse aqua regia-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid,hydrogen peroxide-hydrochloric acid-nitrate-hydrofluoric acid,and burning loss method-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid.Rhodium element was used as the marker element in ICP-MS determination.
