摘要
以硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸为消解体系对样品进行处理,采用ICP-MS法进行测定。结果表明:5种金属元素均在0~500μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2>0.999);检出限在0.0031~0.0720μg/L;低、中、高3种浓度水平,5种元素的平均回收率(n=3)在93.75%~105.0%之间,重复性RSD(n=6)在1.2%~3.4%之间。结果表明,锁阳饮片是矿质元素含量丰富的药品及功能保健食品,其中锁阳药材:Zn>Cu>Pb>Ni>Cr;锁阳饮片:Zn>Cu>Pb>Ni>Cr。可见锁阳经过炮制加工成饮片,其金属元素含量变化趋势与原药材具有一致性。通过研究甘肃道地药材锁阳的金属含量,发现锁阳药材经地道炮制后,由有害金属导致的健康风险等级降低,增强了中药临床使用的安全性,本研究为道地药材的风险等级评估提供了实验基础与研究思路。
Using HNO_(3)-HClO_(4)-HF as digestion system for microwave-assisted digestion,the 5 metallic elements concentrations were simultaneously by ICP-MS.The methodology study result showed that the linear relationship of these 5 metallic in the rangs of 0~500μg/L abstained good results,and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,the detection limits were in the range of 0.0031~0.0720μg/L,the average recovery(n=3)of the 5 elements ranged from 93.75%to 105.0%at low,medium and high concentrations;the repeatability RSD(n=6)ranged from 1.2%to 3.4%.The results show that cynomorium songaricum Rupr is indeed a kind of medicine and functional health food with rich mineral elements and good safety.Cynomorium songaricum Rupr:Zn>Cu>Pb>Ni>Cr;medicine decoction pieces:Zn>Cu>Pb>Ni>Cr;It can be seen that cynomorium songaricum Rupr was processed into decoction pieces,and the change trend of the content of metallic elements was consistent.By studying the metal content of the genuine medicine cynomorium songaricum in Gansu Province,it is found that the health risk level of the genuine medicine of cynomorium songaricum province is lowered by the processing of the genuine medicine,which enhances the safety of the clinical use of the traditional Chinese medicine.This study provides the experimental basis and research ideas for the risk grade assessment of genuine medicinal materials in Gansu Province.
