摘要
目的:探讨强脉冲光联合调Q激光治疗面部雀斑的效果及对皮肤屏障功能影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年9月于笔者医院接受激光治疗的120例面部雀斑患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予单纯调Q激光治疗,观察组给予强脉冲光联合调Q激光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、VISIA皮肤图像分析指标、皮肤光泽度与弹性、皮肤屏障功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组色素斑、皱纹、纹理、毛孔、卟啉沉淀评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组皮肤光泽度与弹性改善优于对照组(P<0.05);皮肤经表皮水分丢失量低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组(P<0.05);两组瘢痕、丘疹、水疱发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组色素沉着发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合调Q激光治疗面部雀斑效果优于单纯调Q激光治疗,且相对于单纯调Q激光,联合治疗对面部色斑和皮肤光泽度及弹性的改善效果更优,可降低色素沉着发生风险,增强皮肤屏障功能。
Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of Intense pulsed light combined with Q-switched laser in the treatment of freckles and its influences on skin barrier function.Methods A total of 120 patients with freckles undergoing laser treatment in the hospital were enrolled between April 2019 and September 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was only given Q-switched laser treatment,while observation group was given Intense pulsed light combined with Q-switched laser treatment.The clinical curative effect,VISIA skin image analyzer indexes,skin gloss and elasticity,skin barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative effect in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of pigment spots,wrinkles,texture,pores and porphyrin deposition in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and improvement of skin gloss and elasticity was better than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,transepidermal skin water loss in observation group was less than that in control group,and water content in stratum corneum was more than that the control group(P<0.05).The difference in incidence of scars,papules and blisters between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of pigmentation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Intense pulsed light laser combined with Q-switched laser is better than that of Q-switched laser alone on facial freckles.Compared with the latter,the former has better improvement effect on facial stains,skin gloss and elasticity,which can reduce pigmentation risk and enhance skin barrier function.
