摘要
激光是一种颜色纯正、能量高度集中并朝向单一方向发射的光束,现已广泛用于某些皮肤表浅性疾病的治疗。激光治疗皮肤疾病的原理是利用其光热效应使组织凝固、汽化,祛除病变组织。但是,激光治疗疾病的同时,也对皮肤产生不同程度的损伤,形成不同程度的热损伤创面。热损伤创面的基本原理变化与烧伤创面相似,需要相应的方法处理,假如处理不当,易发生色素沉着、或并发瘢痕。本文主要从激光创面的分类、修复方法、处理要点等方面进行了综述,旨在为激光创面治疗方法的选择提供理论依据。
Laser is a light beam of pure color, energy highly centered, ballistic direction single, and widely applied to treat superficial diseases of skin. The principle of treating skin diseases by laser is to utilize its light and heat effect to make tissues solidified and vaporized so as to eliminate pathologically changed tissues. In the meantime of this treating process, however, varying - degree skin injuries were produced and corresponding thermal damages of skin were formed. Thermal damages with essential principle similar to burns wounds need to be treated with proper methods. Pigmentation and scar formation would occur if they were treated inappropriately. In this paper, classification, repairing methods, main points of treating et al of laser wounds were reviewed to provide theory bases to choose correct therapy for laser wounds.
