强脉冲光不同波段滤光片治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的:分析强脉冲光改良的完美脉冲技术(AOPT)治疗模式下不同波段滤光片治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的有效性及安全性。方法:采用强脉冲光3种不同波段滤光片治疗面部毛细血管扩张症患者149例。治疗组采用血管滤光片(530~650 nm和900~1 200 nm);对照1组采用560~1 200 nm滤光片,对照2组采用590~1 200 nm滤光片。主要观察指标为毛细血管扩张严重程度、面部不适感及术后不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为98.00%,对照1组和对照2组有效率分别为52.00%和59.18%。治疗后,3组患者毛细血管扩张评分均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组疗效优于对照1组及对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同波段的强脉冲光滤光片治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的有效性不同,强脉冲光血管滤光片(530~650 nm和900~1 200 nm)显示了较好的临床疗效。 Objective: To analyze the efficacy and safety of three different wavelength bands of intense pulsed light(IPL) underwent the mode of AOPT for the treatment of facial telangiectasia. Methods: A total of 149 patients with facial telangiectasia were included in their study and were treated using three different filters of IPL. In the treatment group, vascular filters(530-650 nm and 900-1 200 nm) were used. Control group 1 was given 560-1 200 nm filter, and control group 2 was given 590-1 200 nm filter.The severity of telangiectasia and facial discomfort as well as postoperative adverse reactions were observed. Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 98.00%, whereas the effective rates in the control group 1 and control group 2 were 52.00% and59.18%, respectively. After the treatment, the telangiectasia scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Different wavelength ranges of IPL show different efficacy for the treatment of facial telangiectasia. IPL with vascular filter(530-650 nm and 900-1 200 nm) show the best clinical efficacy among three filters they used in the treatment of facial telangiectasia.
