摘要
目的对蠕形螨睑缘炎相关性干眼症的患者进行不同方式治疗,观察强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)对蠕形螨睑缘炎相关性干眼症的患者是否具有良好的治疗效果。方法选取锦州市2019年1月至2020年1月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院眼科就诊的蠕形螨睑缘炎相关性干眼症患者60名(双眼患病选取临床症状较重的一侧眼睛),其中男性22名,女性38名。年龄51~79岁,平均年龄(62.65±7.59)岁,随机分为3组,每组20人。分别是实验组1、实验组2及对照组。实验组1,给予IPL联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗。实验组2,给予5%茶树油除螨湿巾联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗。对照组给予单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗。检查方法:对3组患者均采用我院眼表综合分析仪(oculus keratograph)及光学显微镜进行检查,并记录治疗前及治疗后的眼表情况。观察对象:包括平均泪膜破裂时间(average noninvasive keratograph break-up time,NIKBUTav)、泪河高度(tear meniscus height,TMH)、临床主观症状评分、临床体征评分及显微镜下螨虫计数。结果治疗前实验组1、实验组2及对照组3组在泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度、临床主观症状评分、临床体征评分及螨虫感染计数均无明显差异。3组泪膜破裂时间治疗后较治疗前均明显延长,实验组1较实验组2及对照组有明显延长。3组泪河高度治疗后较治疗前有延长,但治疗后3组间比较差异无统计学意义。实验组1及实验组2临床主观症状评分及临床体征评分治疗后较治疗前有明显降低,且实验组1较实验组2有更明显的降低。对照组临床主观症状评分及临床体征评分治疗前后无明显差异。实验组1及实验组2的蠕形螨计数治疗后较治疗前有明显减少,且实验组1较实验组2有更好的治疗效果。对照组治疗前与治疗后无明显差异。结论IPL联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对蠕形螨睑缘炎相关性干眼治疗效果优于5%茶�
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of intensive pulsed light(IPL)on the patients with demodactic-blepharitis-ciliaris-associated xerophthalmia among different methods of treatment.Methods A prospective clinical study was conducted on 60 patients with demodactic-blepharitis-ciliaris-associated xerophthalmia(for patients with binocular disease,the eye with more severe clinical symptoms was selected as the sample)who were admitted to the ophthalmology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020,including 22 males and 38 females,aged 51~79 years old with an average age of(62.65±7.59)years old.They were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 patients in each group,respectively named Experimental Group 1,Experimental Group 2 and control group.Experimental Group 1 was treated with IPL combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,Experimental Group 2 with 5%tea tree oil acaroid wipes combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,the control group with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.All the patients in the 3 groups were examined by oculus keratograph and optical microscope in our hospital,and their ocular surfaces were recorded before and after treatment.The observed objects include:average noninvasive keratograph break-up time(NIKBUTav),tear meniscus height(TMH),clinical subjective symptom score,clinical sign score and mites count under microscope.Results There was no significant difference in BIKBUTav,TMH,clinical subjective symptom score,clinical sign score and mite count before treatment among Experimental Group 1,Experimental Group 2 and the control group.The NIKBUTav of the 3 groups was significantly longer after treatment than before treatment,and that of Experimental Group 1 was significantly longer than that of Experimental Group 2 and the control group.The TMH of the 3 groups was longer after treatment than before treatment,but there was no significant difference among the three groups after treatment.The clinical subjective symptom score and clinica
