摘要
返乡青年是乡村社会重要的人才力量。从“脱嵌”到“再嵌”,不仅反映了返乡青年所处地理空间场域的转变,也反映了青年职业身份与发展空间的变化。这是返乡青年重新嵌入乡村社会发展进程的空间缩写。如何引导返乡青年将个体发展与乡村社会发展有效联结起来,发挥其人才资源要素作用,有效参与乡村振兴,是乡村振兴的重要内容。文章基于嵌入理论视角,采用质性案例研究方法,通过对多个青年返乡发展案例的分析,呈现隐含在青年返乡行动背后的逻辑理路,探讨返乡青年再嵌入乡土社会并有效参与乡村振兴的路径策略。研究发现,返乡青年主动利用地方政策实现制度性再嵌入,以自身资源的再生产形成资源性再嵌入,构建多元关系网络达到关系性再嵌入。在实践中,返乡青年从乡村发展受益者转型为乡村振兴的推动者,并将行动从经济领域拓展到公共事务领域,实施多元化的行动方式。在乡村振兴中,要充分发挥返乡青年的主体性作用,需要构建系统性青年返乡发展的政策制度,整合利用青年返乡发展的内外部资源,融洽返乡青年的多元社会关系网络。
Returning youth is an important talent force in rural society.The transition from“de-embedding”to“re-embedding”not only reflects the transformation of the geographical spatial field of returning youth,but also reflects the changes in their professional identity and development space.This is the spatial abbreviation for the reintegration of returning youth into the development of rural social processes.How to guide returning youth to effectively link individual development with rural social development,give play to the role of human resource elements,and effectively participate in rural revitalization is an important content of rural revitalization.Based on the perspective of embedding theory,this paper adopts the qualitative case study method,analyzes multiple cases of youth return to hometown,presents the logic path behind the youth return action,and discusses the path and strategy for the returning youth to re-embed in rural society and effectively participate in rural revitalization.It is found that the returning youth actively use local policies to achieve institutional re-embedding,form resource re-embedding through the reproduction of their own resources,and build a multiple relationship network to achieve relational re-embedding.In practice,returning youth transform from beneficiaries of rural development to promoters of rural revitalization,and expand their actions from the economic field to the public affairs field,implementing diversified action methods.In rural revitalization,in order to give full play to the subjective role of returning youth,it is necessary to build a systematic policy system for the development of the returning youth,integrate and utilize internal and external resources for the development of the returning youth,and harmonize the diversified social relationship network of the returning youth.
