摘要
随着国家“双碳”政策的落地实施,校园建筑的降碳也成为建筑领域关注的重点。本文以中德生态园三个零碳校园项目为例,从高性能围护结构、高效暖通系统、智能照明系统、智能监控平台等方面分析研究符合校园建筑的零碳建设模式,并归纳出我国零碳校园值得参考的具体措施,以期为其他区校园项目提供借鉴。
With the implementation of the national"Dual Carbon"policy,the carbon reduction of campus buildings has also become a major concern in construction field.Taking the three zero-carbon campus projects of the Sino-German Ecopark as examples,the zero-carbon construction mode in line with the campus buildings are analyzed in this paper from the aspects of high-performance envelope structure,high-efficiency HVAC system,intelligent lighting system,and intelligent monitoring platform.The specific measures for zero-carbon campuses in China are also summarized.The study aims to provide references for campus projects in other districts.
