摘要
为开展康乐黄公鸡屠宰性状的间接选育工作,该研究对102只154日龄的康乐黄公鸡的8个体尺性状指标(胫围、胫长、体斜长、胸深、胸围、胸宽、胸骨长、背宽)和7个屠宰性状(活重、屠体重、全净膛重、半净膛重、腹脂重、单侧胸肌重、单侧腿重)进行测定,探究体尺性状与屠宰性状指标的相关性。结果表明:胫围与活重、屠体重、全净膛重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),胫长、体斜长、胸围、胸宽、胸骨长、背宽与活重、屠体重、全净膛重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。可见,通过测定体尺性状指标,可以对其屠宰性状进行间接选育,其中体斜长、胸围可作为重要观测指标。
In order to carry out indirect selection of slaughter traits in Kangle yellow chickens,102 Kangle yellow roosters at the age of 154-day were chose to measure eight indexes for body size trait,including shank circumference,shank length,body diagonal length,chest depth,chest circumference,chest width,sternum length,and back width,and seven indexes for slaughter traits,including live weight,carcass weight,whole carcass yield,half carcass yield,abdominal fat weight,weight of single side breast muscle,and weight of single side leg.The correlation was analyzed between body measurements and slaughter trait indicators.The results showed that carcass weight,whole carcass yield,half carcass yield were extremely significantly and positively correlated with shank circumference(<0.01).The shank length,body diagonal length,chest circumference,chest width,sternum length,and back width were extremely significantly and positively correlated with live weight,carcass weight,whole carcass yield,respectively(<0.01).Therefore,the slaughter traits could be indirectly selected by measuring body size traits.Body length and chest circumference could be used as important observation indicators.
