摘要
为了探究不同饲养方式下燕山红玉肉鸡的生长发育规律,试验将400只同一批次的燕山红玉肉鸡鸡苗(公母各200只)分为散养公鸡组、散养母鸡组、笼养公鸡组、笼养母鸡组,每组100只,进入试验场时称取初生重,之后每次每组随机选择30只进行体重和体尺指标(体斜长、胸宽、胸深、胸围和胸骨长)测定,第1个月每周测定体重,之后每月测量1次体重,体尺指标每月测定1次,绘制生长速率曲线;选用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性曲线模型对4组燕山红玉肉鸡0~20周龄体重进行拟合,计算拐点体重、拐点周龄、最大周增重,统计拟合体重值,绘制实际生长曲线与3种模型拟合曲线,同时通过多元线性回归分析分别建立1~5月龄燕山红玉肉鸡体重与体尺指标之间的回归方程。结果表明:3种数学模型均能很好地模拟燕山红玉肉鸡体重变化规律,拟合度(R^(2))都大于0.990;Logistic模型对散养燕山红玉肉鸡体重拟合效果最好,Gompertz模型对笼养燕山红玉肉鸡体重拟合效果最好。散养燕山红玉肉鸡拐点周龄在8周龄左右,笼养燕山红玉肉鸡在11周龄左右,笼养燕山红玉肉鸡生长周期比较长。对于散养燕山红玉肉鸡,体斜长、胸围和胸骨长对公鸡体重影响较大,胸宽和胸骨长对母鸡体重影响较大;对于笼养燕山红玉肉鸡,体斜长和胸宽对公鸡影响较大,胸宽和胸围对母鸡影响较大。说明在燕山红玉肉鸡选育过程中,应加强对胸宽的选择力度,同时也要考虑其他体尺指标的作用。
In order to explore the growth and development rules of Yanshan Hongyu broilers under different feeding methods,400 Yanshan Hongyu broilers(200 males and 200 females)produced in the same batch were selected and divided into four groups,namely,free-range roosters,free-range hens,caged roosters and caged hens,with 100 chicks in each group.Chickens were weighed at birth when they entered the experimental site,and then 30 chickens in each group were randomly selected for body weight and body size indexes(body oblique length,chest width,chest depth,chest measurement,sternum length)measurement each time.The weight was recorded every week in the first month,and then was measured once a month,and body size indexes were measured once a month,and plotted the growth rate curve.Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy three nonlinear curve models were used to fit the body weight of four groups of Yanshan Hongyu broilers at 0-20 weeks old,to calculate the inflexion weight,inflexion age and maximum weekly gain,count the fitting weight,and draw the actual growth curve and fitting curves by the three models.The regression equations between the body weight and body size of Yanshan Hongyu broilers at 1-5 months old were established by multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that:all three mathematical models could well simulate the weight change law of Yanshan Hongyu broilers,and the fitting degree(R^(2))was greater than 0.990.Logistic model could better simulate the growth and development law of free-range Yanshan Hongyu broilers,and Gompertz model had the best fitting effect on the weight of caged Yanshan Hongyu broilers.The inflexion age of free-range Yanshan Hongyu broilers was about 8 weeks,and that of caged Yanshan Hongyu broilers was about 11 weeks;the growth cycle of caged Yanshan Hongyu broilers was longer.For the free-range Yanshan Hongyu broilers,the body oblique length,chest measurement and sternum length had great influence on the weight of roosters,and chest width and sternum length had great influence on
