摘要
为了探究广西瑶鸡与济宁百日鸡正交、反交后代的生长发育规律,本研究测定瑶鸡与济宁百日鸡正交、反交后代1~18周龄的生长性能,并用Gompertz、Logistics和Von bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对其体重及体尺性状进行拟合,同时对18周龄体重与体尺性状进行相关性分析。分析结果表明,正交鸡与反交鸡的体重最佳拟合模型均为Gompertz模型(R^2正交=0.999,R^2反交=1.000),正交鸡拐点体重为910.77 g,拐点周龄为8.53周龄,反交鸡拐点体重为802.32 g,拐点周龄为8.47周龄;瑶济正交鸡与瑶济反交鸡的胫围、龙骨长、胸深、体斜长、冠长、冠高和胸宽等体尺指标的最佳拟合模型均为Logistics模型;瑶济正、反交鸡的体重指标与其各体尺指标间均呈正相关,瑶济正交鸡体重与胫围、胸深、胸宽极显著相关(P<0.01),与龙骨长、冠长、冠高呈显著相关(P<0.05),济瑶反交鸡体重与胫围、冠长、冠高、胸宽呈极显著相关(P<0.01),与体斜长显著相关(P<0.05)。研究结果为济宁百日鸡的杂交利用提供了依据。
In order to study the growth and development of direct cross(Yao×Jining Bairi)and reciprocal cross(Jining Bairi×Yao)of Guangxi Yao chicken and Jining Bairi chicken,the growth performance of direct cross and reciprocal cross from 1 to 18 weeks was measured,three nonlinear growth models,Gompertz,Logistics and Von Bertalanffy,were used to fit the body weight and body size traits.The correlation between body weight and body size at 18 weeks of age was analyzed.The results showed that the best fitting models of body weight of direct cross and reciprocal cross chickens were Gompertz Model(R^2=0.999,R^2=1.000),the body weight and turning week of direct cross was 910.77 g and 8.53 weeks,respectively.The body weight and turning week of reciprocal cross was 802.32 g and 8.47 weeks,respectively.The best fitting models of shank circumference,keel length,breast depth,body oblique length,crown length,crown height and breast width of direct cross and reciprocal cross were Logistics models.There was a positive correlation between body weight and body size of direct cross chickens,the body weight of direct cross chickens was significantly correlated with shank circumference,breast depth and breast width(P<0.01),and was significantly correlated with keel length,crown length and crown height(P<0.05),the body weight of reciprocal chickens was significantly correlated with shank circumference,crown length,crown height and breast width(P<0.01),and with body slope length(P<0.05).The results provide the base for cross-breeding of Jining Bairi and Yao chickens.
