摘要
以超支化聚合物(HBP)和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGDE)为原料,通过调整其物质的量比,、溶液浓度、反应温度,制备得到一种较为稳定的超支化凝胶体系。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪对水凝胶结构和组成进行表征。实验结果表明,在n(HBP):n(PEGDE)=1:3,聚合物w=25%,t=45 C的情况下,聚合物凝胶的成胶时间最快,为14.5h。流变学测试结果发现凝胶具有较好的机械性能,进一步研究还发现该凝胶具有pH敏感性和耐盐性。
Using hyperbranched macromolecules and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as raw materials,a relatively stable hyperbranched gel system was prepared by adjusting the ratio of raw materials,solution concentration and reaction temperature.The structure and composition of hydrogel were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer.The exper imental results show that when the ratio of raw materials is 1:3,the polymer concentration is 25%,and the reaction temperature is 45 C,the polymer gel formation time is the fastest,which is 14.5 h,Rheological test results showed that the gel had good mec-hanical properties,and further study also found that the gel had pH sensitivity and salt tolerance.
