甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯改性水性丙烯酸-聚氨酯分散体的合成与性能

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯(AMA)为交联单体,采用原位聚合法工艺合成具有高消光效率的水性丙烯酸–聚氨酯(PUA)分散体并制成水性亚光涂料。通过红外光谱确定了PUA分散体的合成。研究了AMA单体用量对PUA分散体和涂膜性能的影响,并对比了AMA与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、二乙烯基苯(DVB)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺/己二酰肼(DAAM/ADH)交联体系对PUA分散体的粒径、粒径分布以及PUA涂膜消光效率的影响。研究发现:随着AMA单体用量的增加,PUA分散体的pH值逐渐下降,粒径增大,黏度逐渐降低。由于交联密度的增加,PUA涂膜的摆杆硬度升高,耐碱和耐醇性能也得到提高。采用AMA交联获得的PUA分散体粒径分布更窄,消光效率更高,制备的水性亚光涂料的光泽最低。 A waterborne acrylic-polyurethane(PUA)dispersion with excellent matting efficiency was synthesized by in-situ polymerization using allyl methacrylate(AMA)as crosslinking monomer,and the PUA dispersion was made into waterborne matte coatings.The synthesis of PUA dispersion was determined through infrared spectroscopy.The effect of the dosage of AMA monomer on the properties of PUA dispersion and the coatings film was studied,and the effects of AMA,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA),divinylbenzene(DVB)and diacetone acrylamide/adipic acid dihydrazide(DAAM/ADH)crosslinking systems on the particle size and particle size distribution of PUA dispersion and the matting efficiency of PUA coatings film were compared.It was found that as the dosage of AMA monomer increases,the pH value of PUA dispersion gradually decreases,the particle size increases,and the viscosity gradually decreases.Due to the increase in crosslinking density,the pendulum hardness of PUA coatings film increases,and the alkali and alcohol resistance also improves.The PUA dispersion obtained through AMA crosslinking has a narrower particle size distribution and higher matting efficiency,and the waterborne matte coatings prepared have the lowest gloss.
