摘要
针对复合材料加筋壁板结构,提出一种动力学边界条件模拟方法,设计并搭建试验系统。该方法通过有限元仿真获取典型加筋壁板在真实结构中的模态信息,以真实结构中的动力学特性为设计目标进行支持边界设计,物理上实现复合材料典型加筋壁板结构的动力学边界模拟,保证试验状态下典型复合材料加筋壁板结构与真实结构的动力学特性一致,从而提高振动试验的可靠性。研究成果可为类似结构振动试验支持边界设计提供参考。
A dynamic boundary condition simulation method was proposed for composite reinforced panel structures,and an experimental system was designed and constructed.This method obtains modal information of typical reinforced wall panel structures in real structures through finite element simulation,and supports boundary design with the dynamic characteristics in real structures as the design objective.Physically,it achieves dynamic boundary simulation of typical reinforced wall pan-el structures in composite materials.ensuring that the dynamic characteristics of typical reinforced wall panel structures in composite materials are consistent with those of real structures under experimental conditions.thereby improving the reliabili-ty of vibration tests.The research results can provide reference for supporting boundary design in similar structure vibration tests.
