摘要
根据随机振动试验闭环均衡控制原理,采用单自由度模型研究了夹具动态特性与控制精度的关系。计算和试验表明,采用常规金属材料夹具可以满足在控制精度的容差限内实施预定的振动加载要求,但可能降低振动控制的动态范围,同时需要根据具体情况确认夹具对试验件边界模拟的有效性。
Using the model of single degree of freedom, the relationship between dynamic performance of fixture and control precision is studied based on the equalizing control principle of random vibration test. According to the results of analysis and experiment, the fixtures made of common materials satisfy requirement of existing within control tolerance, and the dynamic range of vibration control may be debased. Further more, validity on simulation of boundary using the fixture depends on practice.
