摘要
针对特殊产品器件的振动环境适应性考核,需要一定量值与主振向具有一定相差的横向振动分量。在多轴振动台不满足使用要求的情况下,利用柔性夹具的不对称刚度支撑设计原理,在单轴振动台获得了显著的横向振动。有限元动力学分析表明:不对称刚度支撑柔性夹具的低阶模态具有典型的横向振动形式;采用锤击法完成夹具的模态测试,其分析结果与有限元结果相吻合。单轴振动台正弦扫频试验表明:使用该柔性夹具产生了明显的横向振动分量,并且在特定频率范围内,横向振动响应大于主振向响应,故夹具设计成功有效,可用于特殊产品的振动环境适应性考核。
For special uses, a flexible fixture for transverse movement in vibration environment testing is needed. Based on uniaxial vibration test system, an unsymmetrical support flexible fixture is de- signed to achieve the given transverse vibration. The dynamical analysis shows that the fixture' s lower order modes represented obvious transverse vibration shape. The sine sweep test results show that no- tability transverse vibration is achieved on this flexible fixture. Especially, the transverse response is bigger than axial respon.se at some frequencies. The unsymmetrical support design for flexible fixture is valid and can be used for especially vibration test based on uniaxial vibration test system.
