摘要
本文以装载状态为例,介绍一种分析装载安装边界条件对振动试验结果影响的计算方法。应用有限元分析工具,对不同安装边界条件进行模态分析和振动响应分析。对共振频率、振型、振动应力、加速度响应等计算结果进行比对分析,评价不同安装边界条件下振动试验的等效性,为振动试验的等效性设计提供依据。
In this paper,a calculation method is introduced to analyze the influence of boundary conditions on vibration test results.The modal analysis and vibration response analysis of different installation boundary conditions are carried out by using the finite element analysis tool.The calculation results of resonance frequency,vibration mode,vibration stress and acceleration response are compared and analyzed to evaluate the equivalence of vibration test under different boundary conditions,so as to provide basis for equivalent design of vibration test.
