摘要
针对齿头采用直接截断修正的双涡圈涡旋压缩机,建立了现有双圆弧齿头修正的几何模型并验证了其正确性,推导了两种修正方法下终端转角、理论排气角与修正展角的关系,得出了理论内压缩比的精确计算公式.定量分析了型线及修正参数对各齿头修正性能的影响,发现各性能之间存在明显的冲突关系.建立了一种以修正齿轴向投影面积、修正面积系数及内压比为目标的多目标优化分析模型,比较了三种多目标优化算法求解性能指标及差异,分析了3组非劣解集与目标函数可行域的关系.结果表明:遗传算法(GA)类算法更适用于该模型,与涡圈直接截断修正相比,能保证双涡圈涡旋压缩机大排量的特性下,各项性能都有所提升.
Considering double-wrap scroll compressor with directly truncated scroll wraps,the geometrical model of existing teeth head modification of double arcs of which was established and the correctness of which was verified,the relationships between the terminal orbiting angle,theoretical starting discharge angle and the modification spread angle were deduced,and the theoretical calculation expression of internal compression ratio was obtained accurately.The influences of profile and modification parameters on the teeth head modification performance were discussed quantitatively,and it was found that there was an obvious conflicting relationship between these performances.A multi-objective optimization analysis model with axial projected area of the modified scroll teeth,the modified area coefficient and internal compression ratio as goals was established,the solving performance indicators and differences of three kinds of multi-objective optimization algorithms were compared,and the relationships among three groups of non-inferior solution sets and the feasible region of the objective functions were analyzed.Results show that GA(genetic algorithm)-like algorithms are more suitable for this model,and all performances are improved compared with directly truncated scroll wraps under the condition of large displacement.
