多涡旋齿涡旋压缩机的可用啮合型线研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了拓宽多涡旋齿可用啮合型线的种类,提出正多边形渐开线可作为多涡旋齿的啮合型线,如边数分别为4,8,12…和6,12,18…的正多边形渐开线可作为双涡旋齿和三涡旋齿的型线,得出边数为2iZ(i=1,2,3…)的正多边形渐开线可作为Z涡旋齿的啮合型线。归纳出一对圆弧及圆渐开线作为多涡旋齿啮合型线的条件,并确定了圆弧与圆渐开线的多种组合型线也可作为多涡旋齿的啮合型线。 In order to extend the type of meshing profile of multiply wraps, the regular polygon involute is proposed to form the profile of multiply wraps. Such as 4, 8, 12… and 6, 12, 18… regular polygon involute can form 2 - wraps profile and 3 - wraps profile respectively. In short, the involute curve of regular polygon with 2iZ ( i = 1, 2, 3…) sides can form Z wraps profile. In addition, the conditions of a pair of circular arcs and circle involute forming the meshing profile of multiply wraps are proposed, and the combined curve of circle involute and circular arc to form multiply wraps profile of scroll compressor is also obtained.
