摘要
采用接触型红宝石探头沿X轴方向做匀速移动进行扫描测量,被测涡旋工件定位在精密旋转平台上,旋转平台的旋转速度和扫描探针移动速度按阿基米德螺旋线联动,通过探针的三维传感器输出和X轴位移传感器的输出能精密测出对应角度的涡旋半径,通过仿真对测量系统误差进行分析,且和三坐标测量机(CMMs)的测量结果进行对比。结果表明:原型精密测量系统的测量精度和CMMs相当,但测量时间大大缩短,基本上可以满足在线加工测量的需求。
A contacted probe made in red diamond was used for measuring profile. The probe moves along X axis at a constant speed. The scroll work piece was fixed on the precise rotational stage. The relationship of stage rotational speed and x axis moving speed complies with Archimedean curve. A scroll radius for angle of correspondence can be measured by three coordinate output of probe and output of X axis displacement sensor. Measurement error of rapid measurement system was studied by simulation test. The measurement result was compared with coordinate measurement machine (CMMS) measurement result. Simulation was carried out. Measurement error is removed by compensating offset of rotational stage's center and work piece's center. The results prove that measurement results of prototype measurement system were the same as those of CMMS. The measurement time is shortened to half of CMMS. The novel measurement system can meet requirement of onmachining measurement.
