摘要
为了增大滑片与转子间的接触范围、减缓滑片磨损及增加该处气体密封性能,将直立滑片向排气口侧旋转一定角度后形成倾斜滑片滚动活塞压缩机.通过对倾斜滑片和直立滑片的顶端圆弧半径、滑片与转子间接触范围、滑片受力、滑片的运动特性及滑片两侧工作腔容积等多方面的研究与比较,证实了倾斜滑片具有减缓滑片磨损、改善气体密封和减小弹簧力等优点.
In order to increase the meshing scope between the vane and rotor, reduce the vane's wear, and improve its hermetical performance, a rotary compressor with tilted vane was proposed. In this structure the vertical vane was tilted by a certain angle to the discharge port. Through the analysis and comparison between many parameters such as arc radius of vane's top, meshing scope of the vane, forces acting on the vane, its displacement, velocity and acceleration, as well as the working chamber's volume, it was verified that there were many advantages with the tilted vane such as improvement of gas sealing performance, reduction of spring force, and decrease of wear of vane.
