摘要
从社会工作视角对2022届普通本科院校毕业生的就业现状进行深入调查。结果显示,2022届大学毕业生的就业率为86.8%,就业满意度为3.5分,就业选择受个人因素和社会因素的影响较大,就业渠道主要以校园招聘和网络招聘为主。说明当前高校的大学生就业指导工作还存在缺乏系统性和规范性,缺少针对性和个性化,物力资源和人才支持短缺等问题,应从加强大学生职业生涯规划教育、就业技能培训、心理健康教育、社会支持网络建设等方面进行优化和改进,以提高大学生的就业能力和质量,促进其职业发展并更好地适应社会。
From the perspective of social work,the study makes an in-depth investigation on the employment status of the graduates of the class of 2022.The results show that the employment rate of college graduates in 2022 is 86.8%,and the employment satisfaction is 3.5 points.The employment choice is greatly influenced by individual and social factors,and the employment channels are mainly campus recruitment and online recruitment.This indicates that the current employment guidance work of college students lacks systematization and standardization,pertinence and personalization,material resources and talent support,etc.It is necessary to improve the career planning education,employment skills training,mental health education and social support network construction,etc.,so as to promote the employability and quality of college students,and their career development and better adaption to society.
