摘要
针对某煤矿顶板的安全性问题,通过现场管理理论——人机料法环五大基本要素,构建新的评价指标体系,并通过这五大基本要素划分出影响顶板安全性的15个次级指标,继而用层次分析法构造判断矩阵并得到权重集,用模糊综合评价法得到最终结果。根据最大隶属度原则,得出该煤矿的评价结果为0.437,处于评价等级中警惕状态。通过此次评价发现人员因素中的人员综合素质是导致该矿不安全的根本原因,结合实际情况,针对职工的文化结构、安全意识以及疲劳状态提出了改进意见。
Aiming at the safety issue of a certain coal mine roof,a new evaluation index system was constructed based on the on-site management theory-the five basic elements of human machine material method and environment.And through these five basic elements,15 secondary indicators that affect the safety of the roof were divided.Then,a judgment matrix was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and a weight set was obtained.The final result was obtained using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the principle of maximum membership,the evaluation result of the coal mine was 0.437,which was in a state of alert in the evaluation level.Through this evaluation,it was found that the comprehensive quality of personnel in the personnel factor is the fundamental reason for the insecurity of the mine.Based on the actual situation,improvement suggestions were proposed for the cultural structure,safety awareness,and fatigue status of employees.
