摘要
教学评价以推动高校人才建设科学发展,引导高校紧贴任务特色发展,促进高校狠抓人才质量内涵发展,激励高校主动作为创新发展为目的,遵循"以评促建、以评促改、着眼创新、重在发展"的原则。本文拟从制定人才评价特色方案、健全组织机构、开展人才评价等几个方面对高校人才评价工作提出几点建议,力求推进高校人才评价常态化建设快速发展。
The goal of teaching evaluation is to promote the scientific development of college talent, to guide the development of the task characteristics, to promote the development of the quality of personnel, and to encourage development of active innovation in colleges and universities, and it follows "promote construction by evaluation, assessment and reform, focus on innovation, focusing on the development"principle. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the work of college talent evaluation from developing talent evaluation program, improving the organization structure, personnel evaluation and other aspects, and strives to promote the rapid development of college personnel evaluation normalization construction.
