摘要
建立了同时测定化妆品中38种致敏香料含量的气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC/MS)。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,采用选择离子模式(SIM)进行定性及定量分析。38种致敏香料在质量浓度0.1~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)大于0.998,检出限为0.2~0.7 mg/kg,平均加标回收率(n=6)范围为85.9%~107.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~5.7%。该法准确、灵敏、快速,适用于多种基质类型化妆品中38种致敏香料的同时测定。
A simultaneous determination method was developed for the quantification of 38 allergenic fragrances in cosmetics by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate,and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the selected ion mode(SIM).The results showed that the 38 allergenic fragrances had good linearity in the range of 0.1-20.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficient(r)larger than 0.998.The limits of detection were in the ranges of 0.2-0.7 mg/kg,and the average recoveries(n=6)were 85.9%-107.4%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)in the range of 0.8%-5.7%.The method is accurate,sensitive,rapid and suitable for the simultaneous determination of 38 allergenic fragrances in cosmetics of various matrix types.
