摘要
为控制炼钢用电炉作业过程的能源消耗与烟尘排放,本文将碳中和目标作为研究背景,开展炼钢用电炉节能减排自动控制方法的设计与研究。根据炼钢用电炉的供热量、散热量、耗热量,设计碳中和目标下炼钢用电炉循环泵温度补偿;将集成在智能控制器中的神经网络划分为3个层次:输入层、隐藏层与输出层,根据炼钢用电炉作业需求,在神经网络的输入层按规范输入能耗目标,进行炼钢用电炉的智能节能控制;通过布置电炉烟气捕集装置,实现电炉炼钢中的除尘处理,完成电炉节能减排自动控制方法的设计。以某试点钢企为例,设计实例应用实验。结果表明,该设计方法应用效果良好,按规范控制电炉炼钢,可在控制炼钢用电炉能源消耗的同时,提高烟尘捕集率,并减少烟尘、粉尘排放质量浓度。
In order to control the energy consumption and smo ke emissions during the operation process of steelmaking electric furnaces,this paper takes carbon neutrality as the research background and carries out the design and research of energy-saving and emission reduction automatic control methods for steelmaking electric furnaces.Design temperature compensation for the circulating pump of the steelmaking electric furnace under the carbon neutrality target based on the heating,heat dissipation,and heat consumption of the steelmaking electric furnace.Divide the neural network integrated in the intelligent controller into three levels:Input layer,hidden layer,and output layer.According to the operational requirements of the steelmaking electric furnace,input energy consumption targets according to specifications in the input layer of the neural network to carry out intelligent energy-saving control of the steelmaking electric furnace;By arranging electric furnace flue gas capture devices,dust removal treatment in electric furnace steelmaking is achieved,and the design of automatic control methods for energy conservation and emission reduction in electric furnaces is completed.Taking a pilot steel enterprise as an example,design an example application experiment.Results show that the application effect of this design method is good.By controlling electric furnace steelmaking according to specifications,it can not only control the energy consumption of the electric furnace for steelmaking,but also improve the dust capture rate and reduce the mass concentration of smoke and dust emissions.
