基于双碳目标的可持续城市形态设计模式及准则思考 被引量:1

摘要 双碳目标作为我国应对全球气候变化重要举措,体现负责任大国的担当。可持续城市形态作为降碳增汇的重要空间手段被寄予厚望,而关键在于形态要素的可持续设计。回顾城市形态与气候变化的关系,提出可持续城市形态概念,梳理可持续城市形态模式研究现状,以此把握现有成果的不足及研究趋势;同时深入阐述双碳目标与可持续城市形态的内在关系。在分析可持续城市形态空间层次性的基础上,提出“微观局部紧凑-中观整体可达-宏观自然优先”的降碳增汇设计模式。以设计模式为依据,界定设计对象,构建可持续城市形态的设计准则,为降碳增汇的可持续城市设计提供参考依据。 As an important measure for tackling global climate change,carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are a commitment made by the Chinese government to the international community.This method is important for solving the problem of resource and environmental constraints,as well as building livable cities,showing the responsibility of China as a global power.Sustainable urban forms are an important means of reducing carbon use and increasing carbon sinks,the key to which lies in the sustainable design of form elements.Based on a review of the relationship between urban form and climate change,it is concluded that a sustainable urban form is conductive to low-carbon urban development.According to the literature on sustainable urban forms,no consensus on the concept and model of sustainable urban forms has yet been reached.Instead,there are diversified opinions,but they all have a consistent goal:realizing the sustainable development of society,promoting coordination between cities and the natural environment,and designing urban spaces to solve urban problems,especially urban environmental problems under the premise of no damage to future generations.Based on the reality of carbon reduction and sequestration,the conceptual connotation of the sustainable urban form is proposed under the dual carbon target and the urgent demand for design models of carbon reduction and sink increase.It is determined that the keys to carbon reduction and sink increase in the field of urban design lie in carbon reduction in buildings and traffic,and sink increase in green spaces.The influences of carbon reduction and sink increase were elaborated upon systematically from the perspectives of optimizing the spatial layout of building clusters,low-carbon living habits,shortening travel distances,guiding travel modes,and building abundant ecological networks.On this basis,the internal correlations of sustainable urban form with high-density,compactness,passive solar design,diversity of form,land mixing,high-efficiency environmental and urban man
