摘要
针对施工过程中可能出现的构件加工与安装偏差,对乐山体育场的索系屋架结构进行了误差敏感性分析。从索长制造误差、索夹安装误差、支座安装误差3个方面,分别分析了最大误差与随机误差情况下的结构误差敏感性,考察了不同误差情况下的结构位移与索力偏离,发现结构整体对误差敏感程度不高,索夹与支座安装误差对结构的影响基本可以忽略不计,索长误差对结构的索力有一定影响,应当特别加以控制。
To address the possible deviations in component fabrication and installation during the construction process,a sensitivity analysis of the cable system roof structure of the Leshan Stadium was conducted.Considering cable length errors,cable clamp installation errors,and support installation errors,the sensitivity of structural errors under maximum and random error conditions was analyzed.The displacement and deviation of cable forces under different error conditions were examined.It was found that the overall structure was not highly sensitive to errors.The impact of cable clamp and support installation errors on the structure can be negligible.The cable length error has a certain degree of influence on cable forces in the structure and should be controlled particularly.
