摘要
海口五源河体育场为月牙形索桁架结构,其索结构体系由径向索、内环索以及悬挂索组成。本工程拉索数量多、工程规模大、施工过程复杂,为确定合理的拉索张拉成形方法,针对悬索结构特点,提出了多种可行的拉索张拉成形方法,利用有限元软件midas Gen对提出的各成形方法进行施工仿真计算,最终确定了“地面铺装径向索及内环索,分别提升上、下径向索,最后安装悬挂索”的成形方法;在施工过程中可能会出现施工偏差以及构件加工误差,为减少施工误差带来的影响,对耳板施工偏差以及索长误差进行模拟,探究误差对结构内力的影响规律,并提出误差控制限值;最后通过对比仿真计算结果与实际施工监测数据,验证选定的成形方法可行,提出的误差控制限值合理。
Haikou Wuyuanhe stadium is a crescent-shaped cable truss structure,and its cable structure system consists of radial cables,inner ring cables and suspension cables.The number of cables in this project is large,the scale of the project is large,and the construction process is complicated,the finite element software midas Gen is used to carry out construction simulation calculation for each of the proposed forming methods,and finally the forming method of“laying radial cables and inner ring cables on the ground,lifting the upper and lower radial cables respectively,and finally installing the suspension cables”is determined.In the construction process,there may be construction deviations and component processing errors.In order to reduce the impact of construction errors,the construction deviation of the ear plate and the cable length error are simulated to explore the influence of the error on the internal force of the structure,and put forward the error control limit.Finally,by comparing the simulation calculation results with the actual construction monitoring data,it is verified that the selected forming method is feasible and the proposed error control limit is reasonable.
