摘要
房建的精确测量工作一直是施工中至关重要的一个组成部分,特别是大型房建项目,其楼栋多、结构复杂、分布广,保证测量精度至关重要。基于此,文章结合西昌东延线棚改项目,依据高程及平面控制对房建测量工作进行了一系列的探讨,从控制网建立、主要施工部位测量方法及精度控制方面分析大型房建项目施工测量,然后进行大型房建项目施工误差分析与控制,以期为类似房建施工测量控制提供参考。
Accurate measurement of housing construction has always been a crucial part of the construction, especially for large housing construction projects, which have many buildings, complex structures and wide distribution, so it is very important to ensure the measurement accuracy. Based on this, combined with the shed reconstruction project of Xichang East Extension Line, this paper carries out a series of discussions on the housing construction measurement work according to the elevation and plane control, analyzes the construction measurement of large housing construction projects from the aspects of control network establishment,main construction site measurement method and precision control, and then analyzes and controls the construction error of large housing construction projects, in order to provide reference for similar housing construction measurement control.
