摘要
乐山奥体中心体育场使用的轮辐式单双层混合索网结构,为全球首创混合索结构体系,在无相关经验可借鉴的情况下,针对该索膜结构技术问题进行研究。针对膜面高低起伏、排水路径不对称的情况,提出了普适性膜面排水模拟算法,并以此为基础,分析在各工况下单双索交会区域发生22~54mm深度积水情况;针对双层索区域撑杆排布可优化情况,进行撑杆优化方式及优化后动力特性与非线性承载力的变化分析,论证了优化方案可行性;针对索网关键节点进行各工况下包络内力节点仿真分析,论证了在该新型索网屋架中节点承载力能满足结构要求。
In the absence of relevant experience,several technical problems of this cable membrane structure are studied for the spoke-type and single-double hybrid cable network structure used in Leshan Olympic Sports Center Stadium,which is the first hybrid cable structure system in the world.A generalized membrane drainage simulation algorithm is proposed for the undulating membrane surface and asymmetric drainage paths,and based on this,a 22~54mm depth of water accumulating in the singledouble cable meeting area under various working conditions is analyzed.The feasibility of the optimization scheme is demonstrated by analyzing the optimization method of the spars and the changes of dynamic characteristics and nonlinear bearing capacity after the optimization,with regard to the optimization of the spar arrangement in the double-rope area.The nodal simulation analysis of the envelope internal force under each working condition is carried out for the key joints of the cable network,and it is proved that the load capacity of the joints in this cable network roof frame can meet the structural requirements.
